Payment Policy
This policy explains how payments work on Livnesto, including our $0 product sample offers, shipping & handling charges, payment authorization, refunds and recurring charges.
1. How Payments Work
When you place an order on Livnesto, the amount you authorize at checkout may include one or more of the following:
- Product price, if applicable
- Shipping & handling charges
- Applicable taxes or duties, where required
- Any clearly disclosed optional charges selected by you
The total amount due is shown before you complete your order.
2. $0 Product Sample Orders
Products marked as part of the Livnesto sample program may have a product price of $0.
A $0 product price does not necessarily mean that the entire order total is $0. You may still be responsible for the applicable shipping & handling charge and any applicable taxes or duties.
These charges are shown separately before you authorize payment.
3. Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & handling charges help cover costs associated with processing, packing, fulfillment and delivery of your order.
The amount may vary depending on the product, destination, available shipping method and other order-related factors.
The applicable charge is presented before you complete checkout.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The payment options available to you may vary depending on your location, currency and the payment services available at the time of purchase.
Livnesto does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer or every transaction.
5. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize Livnesto and its payment service providers to process the amount shown at checkout using the payment method you select.
Your financial institution may place a temporary authorization or pending charge while the payment is being processed.
No Automatic Recurring Product Charges
Standard Livnesto sample orders are one-time transactions. Claiming a sample does not automatically enroll you in a recurring product plan or create automatic recurring product charges unless a separate recurring service is clearly offered and expressly accepted by you.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, interrupted or cannot be authorized, your order may not be completed.
You may be asked to try another payment method or confirm your payment information. Livnesto is not responsible for fees or restrictions imposed by your bank, card issuer or other payment provider.
7. Currency & Conversion
Prices may be displayed in a local or selected currency depending on your browsing and checkout experience.
If your payment method is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fees. Those charges are determined by your financial institution and are not controlled by Livnesto.
8. Taxes, Duties & Import Charges
Applicable taxes may be added where required. Depending on your destination, an international shipment may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Where such charges are not collected by Livnesto at checkout, they may be the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time required for a refund to appear can vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Refund eligibility, including whether shipping & handling is refundable, is determined according to the applicable Livnesto Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you do not recognize a Livnesto transaction, please contact us first so we can review the order and payment details with you.
When contacting us about a payment, please include your order number and the email address used during checkout where possible.
11. Payment Security
Payment information is processed through the payment services available at checkout. Livnesto does not ask customers to send full payment card details by ordinary email.
For your security, never send complete card numbers, card security codes or account passwords to support@livnesto.com.
